For all new products, Skeppsta Maskin AB provides a 12 month guarantee from
the date
of delivery to the customer.
The guarantee does not apply to:
1. Wear and tear of press screws and press tubes. Filter
elements and impeller.
2. Problems caused by improper use or by unauthorised
repairs and/or changes.
Repairs carried out without the approval of
Skeppsta Maskin AB will not be
paid by Skeppsta Maskin AB.
3. Damage to the frequency converter after purchase or
during delivery.
4. Damage caused by earthquake,
abnormal weather, fire, flooding, lightning,
abnormal variation
of voltage or other natural disasters or secondary catastrophes.
5. Skeppsta Maskin AB is not responsible for products
pressed by TäbyPressen.
Our guarantee means that we repair or replace, free of charge, such parts or units
which,during normal use, during the guarantee period, have become unusable due to
manufacturing or material errors. However, the faulty unit must be sent, to our
workshop in Skeppsta Örebro before the guarantee period expires. Only the faulty part
should be sent, not the whole oil press because of the freight cost. After the repair
or exchange under guarantee has been made, Skeppsta Maskin AB will return the
repaired
or exchanged product by normal means of transport, freight paid within Sweden.
Repair and care of power supply Electrolux
Assistant or other equipment delivered of Skeppsta Machine AB carry out
only of Skeppsta Machine AB if guarantee is needed. Repair that carry outs of
something other company approved don´t by Skeppsta Maskin AB. The cost of exchange
spare parts will not be reimbursed by Skeppsta Maskin AB.
Products which are used for other purposes, under other conditions or at
values other than those specified and for which they are estimated, are not
covered by our guarantee.
We disclaim all responsibility for any consequential damage such as the
suspension of operations, drop in production, damage to person or property etc.
which can be linked with a guarantee fault or other fault in products supplied
by us. The cost of exchange spare parts will not be reimbursed
by Skeppsta Maskin AB
Products which are used for other purposes, under other conditions or at values other
than those specified and for which they are estimated, are not covered by our
guarantee.
Our guarantee commitment only applies on the condition that our terms of payment have
been met.
On request, Skeppsta Maskin AB can also undertake field service but, in that case,
the service will be charged according to current debiting norms. CLAIMS
All claims regarding delivery in relation to order acknowledgement and
packing lists
should be made within 8 days of receiving the goods. OTHERWISE the
general regulations of Mekanförbundet(The Mecanices Union) apply,
form NL 01 which was sent to you at your request.
